I’ve run out of medication. Can I arrange a repeat prescription via the GP office?
Normally, patients arrange repeat prescriptions with their own doctor. Only in urgent cases is it possible that the doctor on duty will prescribe a repeat prescription. The doctor will then prescribe as many prescription medications as necessary until your own doctor’s next office hour. Please note that the pharmacy charges extra costs outside office hours. These costs can reach 40 euros and are at your own expense.
